A website built from nothing, shaped around what your business actually does. No template to fight against, and no layout that fits you the same way it fits everyone else who bought it.
What You Get
A Starter site is one to three pages, built around a single clear purpose. Once you need four or more pages it becomes a Business build, with custom design, a working contact form, and SEO set up from the start rather than bolted on later.
Two rounds of revisions are included either way. You review the site, send me everything you would like changed, I make the changes, and we do that twice. It means the project has a clear finish line instead of drifting.
How the Words Get Written
We write them together. You describe your business in your own words first, because nobody knows it better than you do. I edit that into something that reads well on a page and is shaped to bring in the clients you actually want. You tell me what I got wrong, and I edit again.
If you would rather not write anything at all, I can do the whole thing. It takes more hours, so it costs more, but the option is always there.
About Photos
Send me as many real photos as you can manage. I do not use stock photography. It makes a site look like every other site, and a visitor can tell within about a second that they are looking at something generic, which is the opposite of what you are paying for.
If you have no usable photos yet, I will find other ways to keep the site visual rather than falling back on a stock library.
Domain and Hosting
If you do not have a domain name yet, we go through registering one together, step by step. Nothing about that process happens without you understanding it.
Hosting runs on my end. There is a lot of technical detail involved in keeping a site online and secure, and I would rather handle it properly than hand you a login and a manual.
How Long It Takes
A Starter site usually takes about a month from agreement to launch. A larger Business site runs anywhere from one month to six, depending on how much you want in it. You get a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
What It Costs
Starter builds begin at $750. Business builds begin at $1,000. Every site is quoted individually, because every business needs something different.
A 25% deposit gets things started, with a $250 minimum, and the balance is due when your site goes live. If the upfront cost is the obstacle, say so - I can lower the deposit and starting fee in exchange for a higher monthly rate over the first couple of years.
